Sourcing Chardonnay from key locations across the Yarra Valley plays into the success of this little number. With grapes coming from the Upper Yarra, Coldstream and Dixons Creek, the micro climates of each area bring layers of interest – its got fresh acidity to drive the citrus and stone fruit pallet and hints of minerality and spice in the mix too. Partial malolactic fermentation rounds it out and makes in a friendly and approachable wine.
