This wine is as brilliant and exciting as the components that made it: A Collaboration from Velere winemaker Dom Valentine with Chefs Matt Stone and Jo Barret. Add to it Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced from the renowned Willowlake Vineyard it really makes for a perfect recipe. Citrus and tropical with a little herb and more textured than any Sauv Blanc I’ve had in a while. Its a cracker.
